Saying good-by to Skye

Last cafe, which offered up "a divine Brie and caramelized onion toastie with Cullen Skink. Divine. Do I sound local yet???"
Don't know about you, but I had to look that last up - and it's a chowder made with smoked haddock (finnan haddie), potatoes and onions. I'm in!
